About The Company

An established industry leader delivering critical infrastructure services across NSW is seeking a Safety, Quality & Compliance Advisor to join a fast-paced and evolving team. This role is pivotal in ensuring risk management, legislative compliance, and continuous improvement across a diverse multi-site operation.

About the Role

Reporting to the Account Manager, you will support multiple sites, ensuring safe, quality-driven, and compliant service delivery

Key areas of focus for the role includes:

• Oversee site-based compliance with WHS legislation and internal standards
• Conduct regular audits of contractor documentation and operational procedures
• Support onboarding/offboarding of staff and contractors from a compliance perspective
• Facilitate training delivery and maintain training matrices and reporting systems
• Drive incident reporting, investigation, and root-cause analysis processes
• Prepare reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and client updates
• Partner closely with service delivery teams and external vendors to promote a proactive safety culture
• Identify opportunities for system/process improvement and implement corrective actions
  
  The Successful Applicant will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in safety, quality, or compliance advisory roles
• Certificate III or IV in Work Health & Safety (or equivalent qualification)
• Sound knowledge of WHS legislation, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001 standards
• Demonstrated experience conducting audits and managing corrective actions
• ICAM or equivalent incident investigation training (desirable)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently across multiple geographic locations
